1. What We Collect

Only what's needed to provide the service: your WhatsApp number or email for account delivery and support, and payment confirmation. We do not collect browsing history or viewing habits.

2. How We Use It

To create and deliver your account, provide support, and notify you before subscription expiry. When you request a free trial, we verify your email with a one-time code and store the verified address to deliver and follow up on your trial; marketing emails are only sent if you separately opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link (CASL). We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies for language preference and anonymous analytics (page views, no personal identification). You can decline via the cookie banner.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is kept while your subscription is active plus 12 months. Request deletion anytime by contacting us — we comply within 30 days per PIPEDA.
