Try Before You Pay
Every prospective subscriber can take a free 24-hour trial — no credit card required. This is deliberate: we'd rather you test channels, sports quality and your devices in real conditions than rely on a refund process after the fact.
7-Day Technical Guarantee
If a technical problem appears within 7 days of purchase and our support team cannot resolve it, you get your money back. "Technical problem" means an issue on our side — service outage, channels not loading, credentials not working — not issues caused by your internet connection or device.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support on WhatsApp with a description of the problem.
- Give our team a reasonable chance to fix it (most issues are resolved in under an hour).
- If unresolved within 7 days of purchase, request the refund in the same conversation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind after the 7-day window, or unused remaining subscription time;
- Issues caused by insufficient internet speed (below 10 Mbps), device incompatibility we warned about, or ISP outages;
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., credential resale).
