Our Position

Best IPTV Canada respects intellectual property rights and expects its subscribers to do the same. We respond to properly formed notices of alleged copyright infringement in the spirit of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada's Copyright Act notice provisions.

Submitting a Notice

If you are a rights holder (or authorized agent) and believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• Sufficient detail to locate the material in question (channel/title, date, time);
• Your contact information (name, organization, email);
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder;
• A physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We acknowledge valid notices within 72 hours, investigate, and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material within our control. Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for the missing elements.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts used for infringing activity in violation of our Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated. See our Terms of Service.
