1. Service Description

Best IPTV Canada provides access to IPTV streaming services. Service quality depends on your internet connection and device compatibility.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Payments & Renewals

All plans are prepaid for their full term. No automatic renewals — we contact you before expiry. Payments accepted: Interac e-Transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency.

4. Refunds

A free trial is offered before purchase so you can validate the service. Refunds within 7 days of purchase are considered case by case for technical issues our support cannot resolve.

5. Account Sharing

Each subscription includes 2 simultaneous connections for household use. Reselling or public redistribution of credentials is prohibited and results in termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, your ISP, or force majeure. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
